If you want to change login details or anything else, always use our website directly. Never log into your customer account via links on other websites.

Under no circumstances do we ask you to provide or even upload your login details or parts of them. We never ask for your access data or keys unsolicited.

When you query your key, we only ask you for 2 randomly selected digits of your key, never for all of the digits.
