Please Note: The Spanking Life Coaching Program is a structured, goal oriented curriculum incorporating long-range, incremental goals, and accountability. The program requires an initial 3 month commentment to enroll. But - if you’re merely looking for a sound, in-the-moment reprimand for some guilt-ridden misdead, or a stern wake-up call to jostle you out a pattern of lazy time wastefulness, or the like, you can contact me for a regular one-off spanking session for a dose of stern scoldings and some good, old-fashioned stinging bare-bottomed discipline to shake out the doldrums. Such sessions can have an immediate and even lingering effect for improvement, but the results can fade over time and an eventual reminder might be desired.
